Is the crisis starting to get to Juncker?

Asked by a journalist earlier this afternoon what the significance the upcoming Troika report would have for the further Greek rescue effort, eurogroup head and Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Junker replied that:
"If the donkey were a cat it could climb trees and spend the whole day in the treetops"

Most of Europe's Fin Min.s still not really understand that:
more time = more money. Probably missed their maths lessons in highschool (to busy saving the world even at a young age I presume).

Maybe as most of the EU officials seem to be stubborn like donkeys he sees everyone as an ass!
